We advise that you keep the name appropriate and use the name of the character you identify as your Main Character in Lord of the Rings Online.  If your character name is being used by another person, you are welcome to sign up using a temporary account to contact the Site Administrator with a formal complaint (please be sure to include the full name of the character name in question for investigation purposes).  Such submissions will be investigated and the character name in question will be contacted in Lord of the Rings Online through the mail system.  Please note that the person with the name in question that is in use on the Firefoot server has exclusive rights and precedence to the use of that name as their username and display name as this site is based upon the existence of the Affliction kin on the Firefoot server.  Temporary accounts will be deleted after the complaint has been viewed and addressed, but will remain active during the proceedings.  We ask that you not make any forum posts using a temporary account as they will be deleted as well.  With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person.  The Site Administrator and staff will NEVER ask for your password, even for validation purposes.  If necessary your password can be changed and sent to you in a private email to the account you signed up with.  The password and account information will NOT be sent to any other email address requested. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason.  We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. After reading all of this information you finally agree that any action deemed necessary by the Site Administrator and Affliction Firefoot Kin Leader can be taken against your account and any reference from this agreement can be used.  All information in this agreement is subject to change without informing new or already registered users, but a copy is always available through the FAQ section of the site for reference.
